WHAT IS MEASURING THE WORSHIPERS MEANS IN REVELATION
11: 1, 2
Revelation 10:11 - "You must prophesy again about
many peoples, nations, tongues, and kings." Then He says, "Rise and
measure the temple of God, the altar, and those who worship there."
Christ Builds the Church as the Temple of God by
Building Himself into us daily. The Lord
today wants to advance: He wants to gain the reality of the Body of Christ in
the local churches so that He may dwell among us.
Apostle John was told to measure the worshipers. Today we can measure church worshipers. We ask are they dedicated and faithful to
God? Do they have the passion for
Christ? Are they hungry and thirsty for more of Him. We need to pray and build the Temple of God
in us.
And also to measure the altars or prayers of the saints – Are they crying out to God for souls or more food? This is to measure their commitment and sacrifice – whether we have put everything on the altar? This includes their lives.
Measuring the altar of incense are the prayers of the
saints. We have to give something for 24 elders to work as they are holding the
bowls in heaven. One of the angels took
the bowls and threw into the earth and there was thunder, lightning and voices.
Are the church doing evangelism work in the last days? We must ask God for passions for the harvest!
Are we ready to go to the many peoples,
nations, tongues and king.
Zechariah 4:10
“For who has despised the day of small things?
For these we rejoice to see
The plumb line in the hand of Zerubbabel. (Measuring rod)
They are the eyes of the LORD,
Which scan to and fro throughout the whole earth."
For these we rejoice to see
The plumb line in the hand of Zerubbabel. (Measuring rod)
They are the eyes of the LORD,
Which scan to and fro throughout the whole earth."
God was preparing for the big thing through the small
things, and He does that all the time. Thus, any faithful person will not
despise the times when only small things are happening, because they mean that
big things are coming and that they should prepare themselves for them. Prepare the way of the LORD’S COMING! HE WILL SUDDENLY COME INTO HIS TEMPLE AND
TAKE OVER.
PRAYERS:
Father, we thank you for your love for your
Church. We thank you for restoring your
Temple/Church these last days. We repent
for not recognizing our temple is your body also. We ask for the refreshing of our spirit and
soul to worship you as never before.
Increase our capacity for more, more of YOU and less of us.
Increase our altars of prayers, altars of warfare
prayers and intercessions in our lives. Help us to call our house – A House of
Prayers and Intercession that would honour you.
Honour us today and we believe you are able to do
exceeding, abundantly and beyond what we ask or think towards you.
Finally we ask for power, riches, wisdom, strength,
honour, glory and blessings for this holy Living temple that Christ in us is
the hope of Glory. The Glory of the
latter temple will be even greater than the former temple many times. Upgrade us, measure us and manifest through
us for your GLORY. Amen!
