THE KING'S PSALMS

THE KING’S PSALMS 21:1-7
The King’s Psalms of David and is also a type of us as believers. This is also the Prophetic Psalms.  When we read these portions of scriptures we thought it is always saying something about King David. But in the New Testament we are kings and priest of the Lord. Rev. 1:6 - So it is a typology it represents the king of the New Testament too. Let us study the Word of God. Let us live in it.

1) Joy in His Strength – Psa. 21:1
The first verse in Psalms 21:1 says, “The King (you and me) shall have joy in Your strength, O Lord; and in Your salvation how greatly shall he rejoice! The joy of the Lord is our strength – Neh. 8:10.  First thing we must have joy in serving the King of kings. Jesus is the King and we are among the kings.
Our strength is always in the Joy of the Lord. And in His strength we receive His joy and salvation.  The Lord is my strength and He will make my feet like the feet of the deer and make me walk in high places. (Habakkuk 3:19)  Surely His strength is made perfect in weakness.

What Is the Joy of the Lord?
“Nehemiah said, ‘Go and enjoy choice food and sweet drinks, and send some to those who have nothing prepared. This day is holy to our Lord. Do not grieve, for the joy of the Lord is your strength” (Nehemiah 8:10).
The joy of the Lord is found on the road to restoration. God convicts us of sin, and often our first reaction is guilt and shame. But those feelings never come from God. Ezra the scribe gathered all the people. He read to them from God’s book and skilled ministers explained the words and their meaning to the people. Nehemiah 8:8 says, “They read from the book, from the Law of God, clearly, and they gave the sense, so that the people understood the reading.”
Once the people understood — really understood — they wept. God's Word was opening their eyes to the way they had failed Him, but Nehemiah was quick to remind them of who the Lord is. “They could delight in the joy of the Lord because he is a forgiving God, gracious and compassionate”. 

 
The living Word of God wastes no words. Jesus wasted no words on earth. For this to be His longest recorded prayer carries significant weight attached to the message He was delivering. ‘Fulfill’ in John 17:13 implies more than just filling to brim, as explained here. Jesus’ strength perfects our joy. The VOICE paraphrase of John 17:13 reads, “Now I am returning to You. I am speaking this prayer here in the created cosmos alongside friends and foes so that in hearing it they might be consumed with joy.” Biblical joy is the result of a Christ life and His character. 

2) Answering Your Hearts Desire – Psa. 21:2
God have given you and me our heart’s desire and have not withheld the request of our lips.  It is His desire to give our hearts desire because His love for us.  And if we pray with faith He will not answer our prayer.  God never refuses to answer scriptural prayers. In fact, it is God’s will to hear our prayers.
God is listening when you pray.  We serve a prayer answering God. He says in Isaiah 65:24  Even before they call, I will answer, and while they are still speaking, I will hear.
Call unto Me in the day of trouble and I will answer you. What things so eve you desire, when you pray, believe you receive them and you shall have them.”

3. The Blessings of His Goodness – Psa. 21:3
“For You meet him with the blessings of goodness; You set a crown of pure gold upon his head.” – Psa. 21:3
a. Every good gift comes from God and it is a blessings.  God has installed all His blessings for us because of  His goodness.  We not only need a blessing, but also  we need THE BLESSINGS (SPECIFIC).  It is  time we receive God’s best.  God has provided for you a life without lack where He commands such a blessings and it overtakes and overcome every hindrances and every trials.  God created youand me because he wanted somebody to love and bless.  WE can all walk into the goodness of God’s blessings daily. 

 Your Declaration:
“ABBA FATHER, YOU ARE ALWAYS AWESOMELY GOOD TO ME!
EVERY MORNING WHEN I OPENED MY EYES, I SEE YOUR GOODNESS!
EVERYWHERE I TURN, I SEE YOUR GOODNESS!
EVERY EVENT THAT I PARTICIPATE IN, I SEE YOUR GOODNESS!
EVERY CIRCUMSTANCE I CREATE, I SEE YOUR GOODNESS!
EVERY PLACE THAT I AM PLANTED, I SEE YOUR GOODNESS!
EVERY INVESTMENT THAT I MAKE, I SEE YOUR GOODNESS!

Psalm 23:6 “Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell in the house of the Lord forever.”
b. The crown represents His holiness – crown of holiness and righteousness. It is the crown of wisdom according to Proverbs 4:9 says, “Wisdom will give you a garland to grace your head and present you with a glorious crown.”  For overcomers in Revelation we receive crowns of Life and other crowns in the Word of God. (power point) Crown of Glory, Incorruptible Crown and Crown of Rejoicing (Souls winning).

4. Long Holy Live – Psa. 21:4
“He asked life from You, and You gave it to him length of days forever and ever.”  The Lord is willing to give us life. What kind of life? A long life, holy life and fruitful life!  Others could enjoy a joyful and prosperous life.  A life full of abundance and wisdom for all His children.  This life he asked is eternal life as a gift.  This life is sufficient in quantity, superior in quality.  Some says this life we experienced is a loving life from God.
v.5 says “His Glory is great in Your salvation; Honor and majesty You have placed upon him.  Notice Glory and Honor and Majesty is mentioned here.
When Jesus was slain and died on the cross for what purpose?  In the book of Rev. 5:12 - Jesus was slain to receive what – POWER, RICHES, WISDOM, STRENGTH, HONOR, GLORY AND BLESSINGS.  Jesus received it for the Church – the body of Christ. This is a Prophetic Psalms concerning ALL the king the body of Christ.

5. a. The Most Blessed Person Forever  
Psa. 21:6 - For You have made him most blessed forever; you have made him exceedingly glad with Your presence.
God is more willing to bless you than you are willing to be blessed! My friend, expect divine provision in your life because you are already richly blessed in Christ. Jesus took your place of poverty at the cross—“For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich” (2 Corinthians 8:9). In Him, you are poor no more. Declare: “I am the Most Blessed Person forever”
Prov.28:20 - “A faithful person will be richly blessed”

b. The Most Exceeding Glad in His Presence.
Psalms 16:11 – “You will shew me the path of life: in your presence is fullness of joy; at your right hand there are pleasures forevermore.”
Joy is something that is rooted deeper than happiness. Joy is not something you have to work up but something you cannot shut down. Joy!
1 Peter 1:8 – You can have joy when you heart is breaking, the world is dying and the moon is bleeding, you can have joy unspeakable and full of glory. Joy doesn’t depend on your feelings and negative circumstances. Joy is a force like faith is a force.  The seedbed of joy is obedience.

c. As the king trust in the Lord through His Mercy. -  God is saying “Your duty is to trust entirely in My Mercy, My duty is to give you all that you need. I make Myself dependent on your trust: if your trust is great, then My generosity will be without limit”

 THE YEAR OF DECLARATION - 2021
I declare and decree that TODAY IS THE DAY OF MY SALVATION!   TODAY IS THE DAY FOR MY MIRACLE! TODAY IS THE DAY OF MY BLESSINGS AND BREAKTHROUGHS!  TODAY, my voice is heard on high! TODAY, my prayer is answered! TODAY, my desire is granted! TODAY, my dream is coming true! TODAY, this is very moment, RIGHT HERE AND RIGHT NOW, is the HOUR OF MY MANIFESTATION and the HOUR OF MY REVELATION!
This morning when I awake, the Lord has met me with THE BLESSING OF HIS GOODNESS! 

TODAY IS THE DAY THAT IS BLESSED BY THE BLOOD OF HIS GOODNESS! I EMBRACE WHOLE-HEARTEDLY THE OVERWHELMING GOODNESS OF THE LORD! I AM FULL AND OVERFLOWING WITH HIS GOODNESS – I AM BRIMMING AND OOZING WITH THE GOODNESS OF THE LORD! TODAY, I AM BOUNTIFULLY BLESSED TO BE A GREAT BLESSING TO OTHERS!
THE BLOOD OF HIS FAVOR IS LIKE A SHIELD SURROUNDING MY LIFE.  TODAY, I CHOOSE LIFE AND LIFE MORE ABUNDANTLY WHICH THE LORD HAS GIVEN ME! TODAY I CHOOSE TO LIVE THE OVERFLOWING, OVERCOMING, OVERWHELMING AND OVERTAKING ABUNDANT LIFE OF ALMIGHTY GOD! TODAY I CHOOSE THE BLESSING OF GOD THAT MAKES ME RICH WITH NO ADDED SORROW!

I declare and decree that I WILL INCREASE IN SPIRITUAL STATURE, IN DIVINE WISDOM, IN FAVOR WITH GOD AND ALL MEN TODAY! I declare and decree that I WILL BE EXCEEDINGLY FRUITFUL, MULTIPLY AND BREAK FORTH ON EVERY SIDE. TODAY because the Lord has Great Pleasure in my Prosperity.  I declare and decree that THIS DAY, (mention the date), will not pass away or expire until IT HAS FULLY DELIVERED UNTO ME WHAT ALMIGHTY GOD HAS ORDAINED FOR ME.
