The Secret of Quality Life in Christ
• “Since then the children have shared in flesh and blood, he also himself in the same way partook of the same, that through death he might bring to nothing him who had the power of death, that is, the devil, and might deliver all of them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.” (Hebrews 2:14-15 WEB)
1. The devil uses the fear of death to bring people into bondage. God already foresaw all these plagues in the end times.
For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.” (Mat 24:6-7) In Luke 21:11 “and great earthquakes shall be in divers places, and famines and pestilences. And fearful sights and great signs shall there be from heaven.”
The devil knows that Jesus is coming back soon, and he is trying to kill as many as he can, and bring the world into the bondage of fear. Jesus took on flesh and blood so that He could die as the atoning sacrifice for our sins. He took the bondage of fear of death in our lifetime and set us free and delivered all of us from this bondage. The main purpose of Jesus is to destroy the works of the devil.
2. All Sicknesses Are Enemies of God
• “even Jesus of Nazareth, how God anointed him with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with him.” (Acts 10:38 WEB)
• “For he must reign until he has put all his enemies under his feet. The last enemy that will be abolished is death.” (1 Corinthians 15:25-26 WEB)
In Acts 10:38 says that sickness is
oppression from the devil.
In 1 Corinthians 15:25-26 - All sicknesses are enemies of God. Jesus must reign
until all enemies are put under His feet, until death is also abolished (at the
Rapture). Death is the last enemy. God
did not design for man to die but live healthy long years. The Word of God
says, “with long life I will show him (put our names) My Salvation”. – Psalms

3. A Generation That Is Alive and Remain!
• “For this we tell you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive, who are left to the coming of the Lord, will in no way precede those who have fallen asleep. For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with God’s trumpet. The dead in Christ will rise first, then we who are alive, who are left, will be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air. So we will be with the Lord forever. Therefore comfort one another with these words.” (1 Thessalonians 4:15-18 WEB)
This passage is talking about the
Rapture (in Greek: harpazo). When Jesus comes again, there will be a generation
that is alive and remaining. To be alive is natural, but to remain denotes power
during the time of crisis and famines.
God will give a revelation to His people before the Rapture that causes them to
be healthy and full of life.
1. How To Receive The Life of God?
• “And if Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.” (Romans 8:10-11 NKJV)
How to receive the resurrection life of God into our mortal bodies, so that we can experience healing and divine health? There is a generation that will be alive and remaining when our Lord Jesus returns. To remain denotes God’s power to stop death’s advancement!
The scriptures gives us an answer to our situation today.
2. My Body Receives Life
• Romans 8:11 If the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, he who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit who dwells in you.
This passage is not talking about the
Rapture. At the Rapture you will receive an incorruptible body.
But the passage above is saying that the Holy Spirit will give life to your
mortal body. The Spirit of God gives
life to my lungs, hearts, bones and all your organs. There is healing and
restoration and life is flowing.
The mortal body is here and now bodies not future and the Holy Spirit will give you now life (Zoe – God’s divine life) – a life free from sickness and diseases.
The Spirit is life because of
righteousness. V.10 The gift of
righteousness is given to you when you accepted Christ.
The triune God is mentioned twice in one verse. God wants you to be healthy.
Set your mind on Christ righteousness. Confess that you are the righteousness
of God in Christ and God’s life will flow into your soul (mind and emotions),
and then into your body. God gave you the gift of righteousness through His
life. Jesus imparts His life into your life through the Spirit so that you have
a better and healthy life. The quality of your life is different today because
you know the truth.
